     Sunandini Jayant
has two attributes that have brought her this far: practice and experience. The more she practiced, the more joy she experienced. The more she painted, the more she honed her skills and the better she steadied her hand.
She won’t call herself completely self- taught as there have been teachers guiding her and giving her wings to fly and to them she will be eternally grateful. She took to art at a young age, like fish to water; swimming along, painting what was taught, adding to it, her own thoughts and ideas.
She has dabbled in many mediums  like water colours, oils, acrylics and fabric painting and in many forms,  from tribal arts to more classical versions, at times putting some of these art forms together to create something new.
In her words she says, 'It is through art that I pray, it is through art that I meditate and it is through art that I experience my world'
